Nicco Reggente, PHD

Nicco Reggente is a neuroscientist and entrepreneur who specializes in building personalized protocols for optimizing therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation, and cannabis consumption. Nicco received his Ph.D. and M.A. in Cognitive Neuroscience from UCLA and two B.A.degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from NYU. 

Dr. Reggente currently serves as the CEO of Strain Genie– a company he co-founded that leverages genetics to match individuals with personalized cannabis product recommendations. 

He also serves as a Principal Investigator at the Institute for Advanced consciousness Studies — a 501(c)(3) non-profit research organization he co-founded in Santa Monica, CA. 

Dr. Reggente has received extensive sources of funding from NSF, NIH, DARPA, and The Tiny Blue Dot Foundation to support his original empirical research working with human subjects. 

His work has been published in high-impact peer-reviewed publications and has been regularly featured in media outlets including the New York Times.

Carey S. Clark, Ph.D., RN, AHN-BC, RYT, FAAN

Dr. Clark has been a registered nurse since 1994, with a wide practice background including acute care, pediatrics, hospice care, and parish nursing. Dr. Clark is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, a Professor at Pacific College of Health and
Science, and Past President of the American Cannabis Nurses Association
(ACNA). 

Dr. Clark is the editor of Cannabis: A Handbook for Nurses (2021, Wolters-Kluwer) and the author of over 40 peer-reviewed research and
journal articles. With a wide background in academia and curriculum development, she developed the first academic medical cannabis certificate program at PCHS. Dr. Clark is committed to ensuring humans
have access to safe, tested, and effective cannabinoid therapeutics.

Dr. Arun Gopal, MD

Dr. Gopal is a psychiatrist who completed medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill then residency at Harvard Medical School. He has worked in many settings from outpatient clinics, to emergency rooms, and hospital wards helping people facing a variety of mental health challenges. 

More recently, he has taken on administrative roles, managing teams at the University of Pennsylvania, Cedars Sinai Medical Centre, and startups focusing on delivering high quality care to the elderly. His hope is to better integrate novel therapeutics with traditional medications, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes to help people live more balanced and higher quality lives.

Dr. David Couillard, M, FACS

Dr. Couillard is a Board Certified Urologist specializing in Female Pelvic Reconstruction & Incontinence, Pediatric Urology, Laparoscopy & Urologic Oncology and Advance Stone Surgery & Endourology. He attended the University of Vermont, College of Medicine and did his surgery Internship at George Washington University and finished his Residency at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Couillard’s Fellowship in Urodynamics (Female & Reconstructive Urology) was at Duke University Medical Center. At UC Davis he worked with Resident Physicians teaching and lecturing in the vast field of Urology.
